Tumble Lab is a specialised tumbling program designed to help cheerleaders, gymnasts, and dancers build powerful, technically correct skills. We focus on progressions, strength, and precision to support athletes in reaching their next level - all in small, focused classes that allow for individual attention and quality coaching.

Our Classes

  • FOUNDATIONS

    This class covers everything from handstands and cartwheels, with a strong emphasis on walkovers and back handspring drills - building the solid foundation athletes need for advanced skills.

  • DANCE ACRO

    Perfect for dancers, this class focuses on acro skills including round-offs, front handsprings, with a strong emphasis on mastering back handsprings and aerials.

    A backward walkover is a p rerequisite for this class unless otherwise invited.

  • DYNAMICS

    Perfect for athletes working on handsprings, this class covers everything from round-offs and front handsprings, with a strong focus on mastering back handsprings. It’s designed to build power, speed, and dynamic tumbling skills.

  • POWER

    Designed for athletes learning front and back tucks and layouts. The goal is to build explosive tumbling, air awareness, and controlled landings.

  • TWIST

    For athletes looking to perfect their twists, this class focuses on backward twisting and advanced tumbling combinations. It’s designed to develop air awareness, improve control and consistency.

  • FORM & FLEX

    Designed for dedicated tumblers, flyers, and athletes looking to improve strength, flexibility, and body control. We achieve this through focused plyometric and lower body training, handstand and core conditioning, and active flexibility - building strong, well-balanced athletes while reducing the risk of injury.
